# Add receipts for consumption data

The Climate Hub enables the upload of one or more documents for each data point in the common formats (PowerPoint, CSV, PDF, Word). This helps customers, consultants and auditors to check the plausibility of the data. Clicking on the drop-down button at the end of the respective input line opens a screen with an upload button that can be used to attach the relevant documents.

After uploading the document, the file name, the name of the person who added the document and the date when the file was added appear. The user can give the document a name in the name column. After adding the document, a small one appears next to the drop-down button.
