This allows multiple entries to be removed in one step. #### How it works 1. Open the required category in the CCF report. 2. Select the activities using the checkboxes in the activity list. 3. They are permanently deleted only when the report is saved. Until then, they can be restored via "**Undo**". #### Selection via checkboxes The header checkbox in the table supports three states: - **Unchecked**: No activity selected  ![](https://helpdesk.verso.de/hs-fs/hubfs/Bildschirmfoto%202026-02-25%20um%2015-19-17-png.png?width=27&height=25&name=Bildschirmfoto%202026-02-25%20um%2015-19-17-png.png) - **Checked**: All activities selected  ![](https://helpdesk.verso.de/hs-fs/hubfs/Bildschirmfoto%202026-02-25%20um%2015-19-14-png-1.png?width=26&height=25&name=Bildschirmfoto%202026-02-25%20um%2015-19-14-png-1.png) - **Indeterminate**: At least one, but not all activities selected  ![](https://helpdesk.verso.de/hs-fs/hubfs/Bildschirmfoto%202026-02-25%20um%2015-19-21-png.png?width=26&height=25&name=Bildschirmfoto%202026-02-25%20um%2015-19-21-png.png) The header checkbox can be used to select or deselect all activities in the currently opened category at once. - Click "**Unchecked**" → all activities are selected - Click "**Checked**" → all activities are deselected - Click "**Indeterminate**" → all activities are selected #### Deleting activities with attached documents Activities with attached documents can also be deleted. In this case, the attached documents are deleted as well. **![](https://helpdesk.verso.de/hs-fs/hubfs/Bildschirmfoto%202026-02-27%20um%2014-48-51-png.png?width=406&height=157&name=Bildschirmfoto%202026-02-27%20um%2014-48-51-png.png)** This applies to both: - bulk deletion via "**Delete selected**" - deleting a single activity via the trash icon #### What happens after deletion After deletion, the emissions of the affected activities are removed from the CCF calculation. The affected category and aggregated emission values are recalculated automatically.
