Creating the CSV file

In the Options tab, you can automatically generate a CSV file for your LCA by clicking the Create CSV file button. The file can also be opened directly in Excel.

Structure

The CSV file is divided into three main sections:

Header 

The header contains general information about the file, including:

• Creation date and time of the file
• Assigned structural element
• Reference period of the calculation
• Selected unit
• Used database
• Used model

First result table

The first table contains all calculated indicators, except for biogenic carbon information.

Second result table

The second table contains only the biogenic carbon results, separated into:

• Packaging
• Product

Table structure

Both tables are semicolon-separated:

• The first row contains the indicator names
• The second row contains the corresponding units
• The following rows contain the results, broken down and summed across the respective life cycle phases
