It requires a report for which the TfS standard has been activated. To learn how to activate the TfS standard, see the article **[TfS: Overview and Activation](https://helpdesk.verso.de/en/climate-hub/tfs-overview-and-activation?hsLang=en)**. #### **What is the TfS CSV export used for?** The TfS CSV export generates a file in the TfS-compliant format (data model TfS V3.1.0) from the data you have entered and the calculated results. Some fields are automatically prefilled with fixed values, while others are converted or derived from your inputs. You can then convert this file to Excel and upload it to Mattermaps to exchange the PCF with your customers.   #### **How is the TfS CSV export triggered?** The export is available as soon as the TfS standard is active for the report. The CSV export is created in the **Options** tab via the **CSV (TfS)** sub-tab. Next, select the structural element for which you want to create the export. Click **Create CSV export**. Climate Hub then generates the CSV file based on the current state of the report. **Note:** A separate CSV export must be created for each structural element.   #### **Which data is exported?** The CSV file follows the field structure of the TfS data model. Most fields are taken directly from your report inputs (e.g. product description, reference period, comments). Special rules apply to some areas: **Prefilled fields** Several fields are populated with fixed values regardless of your inputs, including: - Data model and version: **TfS V3.1.0** - Scope of declaration: **Mandatory and optional inputs** - CCS/BECCS applied: **False** - Cross-sectoral standards applied: **ISO 14067** - Product or sector rules applied: **TfS Guideline V3.0** - IPCC report version of GWP values: **Unspecified** **Units** The units used in Climate Hub are converted to TfS-compliant units: - g, t, short-ton and lb become **kg** - liter, ml, gal and bbl become **L** - MWh, Wh and GWh become **kWh** - Quantity becomes **piece** - scf becomes **m3** - GJ and TJ become **MJ** - tmi and short-ton-mi become **tkm** - Year, Minute and Second become **h** - Megabit.s becomes **Mbit/s** - ha, km2 and ft2 become **m2** **Emissions** The export checks whether a value is present in the balance table for certain metrics.
