Access Management and Protection Against Unauthorized Access

Access to Climate Hub is restricted exclusively to users who have previously been invited to the platform by email. Self-registration without an email invitation is not possible.

Login and Registration

A prior invitation is required in order to sign in to Climate Hub:

• You receive an email containing an invitation or registration link.
• You use this link to set up your account and password once.
• You then sign in via the login page using your credentials.

Without such an email invitation, signing in is not possible. This ensures that only authorized individuals can access the platform.

User Management as an Administrator

As an administrator, you manage the users in your organization under Settings:

• View users: Under your profile icon → User rights, you see an overview of all registered individuals in your organization.
• Delete users: From the same view, you can remove individual accounts. Once deleted, the person concerned immediately loses access to the platform.

Protection Against Unauthorized Access

Protection is based on two principles:

1. Access by invitation only: Signing in is possible exclusively after a prior email invitation.
2. Central control by administrators: Administrators can revoke access at any time via user management.
