# I have forgotten my password

**Who doesn't forget the correct password from time to time?**

If you are not using a professional password manager programme or app and you can't remember your password or your login is blocked after entering it incorrectly **five times**, you can of course reset it.

To do this, click on "Forgot Password?" in the login window:

Then enter your e-mail address (usually your work e-mail address) in the window that opens and click on the Submit button.

You will now receive an automated email from [support@verso.de](mailto:support@verso.de) in your inbox. Please note that the link for resetting the password is only valid once and only for 12 hours:

Last but not least, enter a new password and remember it :-). The minimum requirement for a new password is a minimum length of six characters, upper and lower case letters and one character.
