Who doesn't forget the correct password from time to time?
If you are not using a professional password manager programme or app and you can't remember your password or your login is blocked after entering it incorrectly five times, you can of course reset it.
To do this, click on "Forgot Password?" in the login window:
Then enter your e-mail address (usually your work e-mail address) in the window that opens and click on the Submit button.
You will now receive an automated email from support@verso.de in your inbox. Please note that the link for resetting the password is only valid once and only for 12 hours:
Last but not least, enter a new password and remember it :-). The minimum requirement for a new password is a minimum length of six characters, upper and lower case letters and one character.
