CCF and PCF: Smart emission factor module - CSV upload workflow improvement

When up to five activity suggestions are generated by the Smart Emission Factor module after a CSV upload, selecting one of the suggested activities and clicking Save this factor now finalizes the selection.

The AI-generated suggestions are discarded, the selected emission factor details are saved, and the standard Edit button appears, allowing users to continue editing the factor as usual.

This enhancement enables users to complete additional configuration steps for AI-generated suggestions, such as defining the primary data share and performing the data quality check.
