CCF: Introduction of a plausibility check when finalising reports

From now on, an automatic plausibility check is performed when finalising a report. This improvement helps increase data quality and ensures that incomplete or potentially incorrect entries are detected early.

Details

As part of the plausibility check, the system verifies:

• Whether emission factors have a value of 0

• Whether precision values are missing for individual entries

A report can only be finalised once all precision values have been fully entered: 

However, since an emission factor may intentionally be 0, the report can still be finalized in this case.
