New features and optimizations
Personal dashboard (3.55)
-
Interface is now more intuitive and clearly structured
-
Direct access to key work areas from the dashboard
-
New tasks can be created easily via “+ New Task”
-
Admins can see all submitted tasks in this view
-
Even if they are not directly involved
-
Significantly improves management and monitoring
-
Integration of two additional statuses in Data collection (3.55)
-
Previously available statuses: Open, In Progress and Done
- Led to confusion in practice since working with multiple departments requires more differentiation, hence two more statuses added:
In Review
Closed
- Led to confusion in practice since working with multiple departments requires more differentiation, hence two more statuses added:
-
Good to know about both:
-
Both statuses can only be set by admins
-
“In Review” reflects the formal check by ESG management after data entry by data point owners
-
After successful validation, admins set the data point to “Closed”
-
“Closed” freezes and finalizes the data collection
-
-
Benefits:
-
Clearer process ownership
-
Reduced coordination effort
-
Operational efficiency gain for ESG managers
-
Improved readiness for audit and formal approval by external auditors
-
Customized disclosure requirements in VSME-Set (3.56)
-
So far: Adding new datapoints is possible (in existing VSME disclosures)
- New: Add new disclosure (one layer above) enabling users to add own topics and underlaying datapoints
Bug fixing
-
VSME: MDR and phase-ins were incorrectly included as filter options in the VSME standard; this has been resolved.
- Number of decimal places increased as required by many customers
