Improved UX for searching emission factors in scope 3

The user experience for searching emission factors in scope 3 has improved:

• It is now possible to switch between or among different activity-based and spend-based emission factors without the need to delete and re-add an activity. Both search buttons are now always active. For easier use, the input value ("Input") remains unchanged, and CO2e is automatically recalculated based on the new emission factor. Please note that when switching to a spend-based factor, only one factor can be selected, added, or replaced.
• You can now edit the field "Kind" without triggering a new request for the spend based emission factor. This saves time, reduces system calls, and keeps your input values unchanged.
