PPWR: packaging and supplier communication improvements

We have made a few targeted improvements to how packaging data is captured and how suppliers are kept informed:

Producer information is now required. When creating or importing a packaging record, you must now specify whether your company is the producer or manufacturer for that packaging. Previously, this field could be left empty, which could lead to incomplete role information further down the compliance process. Now every new or imported packaging record captures this from the outset, keeping your packaging register consistent and accurate.

Supplier emails link to the right help article. When your suppliers receive a notification about packaging data still awaiting their input, the email now links directly to a help article in their own language. This makes it easier for suppliers to quickly understand what information is being requested and how to provide it — regardless of which language they use in the platform.

Help links throughout the platform now match your language. Wherever you see a help or "learn more" link — including in the packaging, product, and mapping upload screens — it now takes you to the article in your own language whenever one is available.

This release also includes various bug fixes as well as improvements to display and usability.
