Release 3.45.0: Guidances, user role permissions and adjustable PDF reports

global guidances are now displayed on all data point detail pages, if no guidance is available, an info message is displayed
a warning now appears when a user is archiving a data point, therefore users need to approve again that they want to archive a data point
the csv.-export of the data collection contains all questions of data points
when generating a PDF report, the order of topics can be adjusted, to do this, the topics must be dragged into the correct order in the ‚Selected topics‘ fields in the ‚Create report‘ pop-up window
the prefix „ESRS“ has been added to all topics in the data collection

the editing functions of task have been adjusted to the different user roles, tasks can now be edited, directly from the dashboard
when editing a data point in the data collection module in the list view, all adjustments are now saved and users are no longer redirected to the table view
