Usability improvements and smaller bug fixes

• Corrected request dashboard totals when filtering by tags: Totals are now displayed correctly for all tag filter combinations. 
• Resending declined connection requests: Declined requests can now be resent without any restrictions. 
• Simplified deletion of pending requests: The confirmation step when deleting pending connection requests has been removed.
