EUDR: Suppliers can edit net weight and country of entry if left empty by customer

Net weight and country of entry are now shown in customer and supplier views and can be edited by both, ensuring EUDR-compliant weight information even when customers only know item counts. In case net weight and/or country of entry are missing, suppliers have to add the information via the "received orders" list view. Unless they do this, no batch can be assigned to the particular received order.
