Update of category descriptions

An update to the category descriptions for each scope was introduced in release 1.44.0.

• Sub-categories 3.1 and 3.2 have been further divided into 3.1.1, 3.1.2 etc.
• The descriptions have been revised to include more detailed information from the GHG protocol. Scope 3 now includes information on both required and optional emission data reporting.
