I. To export the consolidated data of all suppliers for each reporting period

1. Go to "Insights".

2. Click on "CBAM".  (In the list view, all CBAM requests that have already been sent to suppliers are displayed). 

3. Use the filter function to select the reporting period for which you want to export the data. 

4. Click on "Generate report" (It is not yet possible to remove individual suppliers from the report export or export data only for specific ones). 

II. Structure of the CBAM report export

• Sheet 1 "Information on report export": Overview of the report details (creator of the report, date, reporting period)

• Sheet 2 "CBAM Requests": In this spreadsheet you will find the evaluation of the CBAM requests sent in the selected reporting period, including the data on the automatically sent reminders.

• Sheet 3 "CBAM Goods Emissions": All products that you requested from your supplier via the Batch-Upload are shown in this spreadsheet regardless of whether the supplier has provided data. The structure of the table corresponds to the reporting information in the section "CBAM Goods Emissions" in the CBAM transitional registry (from column H).

In the future, it will be possible to export the specific emissions data as an XML file in order to upload it directly to the CBAM transitional registry.
