I. To send a certificate Upload request
Please follow the steps from this article How do I send requests to my suppliers? if you need help finding the way to send a request from the platform, as it contains step-by-step instructions.
Once you have completed all steps and selected "Certificate Upload Request" after clicking the "Send Request" button as described in the above article, proceed as follows to submit the request and send it to your suppliers.
1. Select the audit or certificate type you would like your suppliers to answer from the drop-down menu.
Optional steps:
- Change the Due date if necessary (14 days per default).
- Optionally you can add Instructions for your suppliers, for instance, to insist on the fact that they have to update their topics to provide you with up-to-date data for your supply chain reporting. Keep in mind to enter the instructions in multiple languages, if necessary.
2. Click on "Submit"

II. Once the request is sent
- Your suppliers will receive an email notification to complete the request.
- You will be able to access the sent requests by navigating to "Requests" >> "Sent" and then filtering for "Request Type" = Certificate Upload
Once the request is completed by your suppliers, you can access the results:
- In the "Requests" >> "Sent" menu by clicking on "See requests results" in the details of each supplier's completed request.
- On the "Company profile" of each supplier in the Section "Certificates"

- In the "Certificates" >> "Certificates" menu
- In "Insights" >> "Certificates"
