Sending a Facility Disclosure Request** Please follow the steps from this article: [How do I send requests to my suppliers?](https://helpdesk.verso.de/en/supply-chain-hub/how-do-i-send-requests-to-my-suppliers?hsLang=en)if you need help finding the way to send a request from the platform, as it contains step-by-step instructions.  Once you have completed all steps and selected **"Facility Disclosure Request"** after clicking the **"Send Request" **button as described in the above article, proceed as follows to submit the request and send it to your suppliers.  **1 a.** Click either on the box **"Let recipients select all of my facilities"**  **1 b.** Or manually select from the **"Facilities in scope"**-drop-down menu which of your facilities you want the suppliers to map their supplying facilities to.  > **Optional steps:** > > - Change the **due date** if necessary (14 days per default). > - Optionally you can add Instructionsfor your suppliers, for instance, to insist on the fact that they have to update their topics to provide you with up-to-date data for your supply chain reporting. Once the request is sent******** - Your suppliers will receive an email notification to complete the request. - You will be able to access the sent requests by navigating to **"Requests" \>\> "Sent" **and then filtering for **"Request Type" = "Facility Disclosure"** #### **Once the request is completed by your suppliers, you can access the results:** - In the **"**Requests" \>\> "Sent"**** menu by clicking on **"See requests results"** in the details of each supplier's completed request. - On the **"Company profile"** of each supplierin the Section **"Facilities".** - In the **"**Suppliers" \>\> "Companies"**** list, in the company details. - In the **"Suppliers" \>\> "Facilities" **menu. - In **"Insights" \>\> "Facility Map".** ### **III.
