Sending a supplier disclosure request** Please follow the steps from this article: [How do I send requests to my suppliers?](https://helpdesk.verso.de/en/supply-chain-hub/how-do-i-send-requests-to-my-suppliers?hsLang=en) if you need help finding the way to send a request from the platform, as it contains step-by-step instructions.  Once you have completed all steps and selected **"Supplier Disclosure Request"** after clicking the **"Send Request"** button as described in the above article, proceed as follows to submit the request and send it to your suppliers. > **Optional steps:** > > - Change the **due date** if necessary (14 days per default). > - Write clear instructions to your suppliers concerning the suppliers of their company to be invited to join the sustainabill platform(see example below)*.* - Click on **"Submit".** ![](https://helpdesk.verso.de/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jan-20-2025-02-39-11-9294-PM.png?width=586&height=416&name=image-png-Jan-20-2025-02-39-11-9294-PM.png) --- Text passages in ***cursive, bold*** should be customized by you.
