I. Uploading a certificate or audit report
- Click on "+Add" next to the Certificate section.
- A new window opens where you can select the type of certificate using the drop-down menu. This also includes audits.
- Fill in the form and upload the required attachment, then click "Create" or "Create and add another".
II. What if my certificate or audit is valid for more than one of my facilities?
If that is the case, before clicking the button "Create" as described above, proceed as follows:
1. Select the relevant facilities from the drop-down list of facilities already listed by you on the platform.
2. Add missing facilities by selecting "Add new facility".
- Alternatively, you can go to "Certificates" in the main menu and click on "New" to add a certificate or audit.
