Completing a Certificate Upload Request** Once you have clicked on **"complete" **next to the respective request under **"Pending Requests"** in your company profile view (as described in the above article), please proceed as follows: [How do I complete requests from my customers?](https://helpdesk.verso.de/en/supply-chain-hub/how-do-i-complete-requests-from-my-customers?hsLang=en) #### **Case I.
