The Maturity Assessment can be found on your company profile, which you access directly after logging in or by clicking on "Company Profile" in the menu bar at the top of your screen.
The Maturity Assessment covers relevant sustainability areas that are structured in Topics. We are constantly working on extending the possibilities to assess the sustainability performance of companies by developing new assessment topics.
I. If you received a request to answer a Maturity Assessment from your customer
- Click on "Complete" next to the Maturity Assessment request under "Pending requests" in your company profile on the upper right.
II. How do I complete a topic?
- Click on "Answer" to complete an assessment Topic for the first time.
- If you do not have all the information at hand yet, you can click on "Continue later" to resume later.
- Assessment Topics can be updated at any time by clicking on "Update" or on "Continue", if you have not submitted your answers yet.
After answering all the topics, click on "All of the above topics are up-to-date" to complete the Maturity Assessment request from your customer.
III. Which topics do I need to answer?
Customers connected to your company via the Supply Chain Hub can define which topics of the Maturity Assessment your company has to answer to provide them with the sustainability information and insights they need.
Topics that your company has been asked to answer by one or more of its customers are mandatory and are automatically displayed on your company profile (and when you click "Complete" under "pending requests") and cannot be deleted (they have no trash can icon in the upper right corner).
If none of your customers requested you to answer any Topic of the Maturity Assessment yet, your company profile will be empty.
In either case, you can always proactively complete any of the Topics after adding them to your company profile by clicking on the (+) button in the Maturity Assessment section. By doing so, you can highlight other sustainability areas that are relevant to your company.

- Climate Action
- Human Rights and Labor
- Responsible Sourcing
- Environmental Protection
- Prevention of Corruption
- Health and Safety
- REACH
- RoHS
- Extended Company Information
- Management & Owners
- Information Security
- Financial Information
Make sure that you update your assessment regularly on an ad hoc basis if relevant changes occur.
The platform will also notify you in case you still need to update or complete an assessment topic. The notification will be shown in Red at the top of your company profile.
