Which data can be accessed by my customer if I share my company profile?
I. Which data can customers access when a company profile is shared?
When a company profile is shared with a customer, they gain access to the information stored in the profile on the platform. This includes in particular:

Master data in the Company Profile (e.g. sector, contact data)

Certificates and documents stored in the company profile

Assessment topic results

Information about facilities

The product list
These details become visible to the customer once the company profile has been shared with them.

II. Which data is not automatically shared with all customers?
Some information is not shared with all customers through the company profile. Instead, it is only visible to the specific customer who submitted the request within the context of that request. This includes:

Responses to specific customer requests

Documents uploaded while answering a request

Any information shared exclusively within a request

EUDR-related information
These details are only visible to the customer who submitted the respective request.
