I. Advice on how to answer your customer's requests

Please consider the following pieces of advice when answering your customer's requests: 

  • If you received a questionnaire request, please answer all questions as truthfully and precisely as possible (Answering a question might trigger additional questions.) 
  • For some questions, you might have to upload proof documents. If you already uploaded a proof document, you can add a short sentence of explanation → No need to upload it again.
  • In case, you already answered one or more questions and want to continue later, you can click "Continue later".  
  • Your given answers will be saved, such that you do not have to answer them again.
  • After submitting the questionnaire, you won't be able to change the given answers anymore.
