I. Check requests missed by supplier
A request is "overdue" when the deadline, which is 2 weeks by default, has been missed.
- Under "Sent Requests" >> "Connection", you can filter for "overdue" requests.
II. Check for the email status
Make sure the recipient's email address is correct. This is particularly relevant for connection requests.

Wait until all automatic reminders have been sent. Check the feature "Automatic reminders active" in the request details.

III. Send an email reminder to the respective suppliers
This reminder should be sent either by you - the main contact person registered on the VERSO Supply Chain Hub - or by the respective procurement officer.
You may want to export the current status to Excel to forward it to colleagues who do not have access to the Supply Chain Hub or to extract the connection link for suppliers who did not receive the registration email due to spam filters.

"Please check your spam folder regularly and define the addresses support@sustainabill.de and support.supplychain@verso.de as a safe sender (follow this tutorial if you use Microsoft Outlook: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/safe-senders-in-outlook-com-470d4ee6-e3b6-402b-8cd9-a6f00eda7339 ).
