I. Default setting: Automatic e-mail reminders for all pending requests
- Recipients are notified twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays, that they have one or more open requests on the platform.
- Automatic reminders are sent when the application is due within the next 5 days.
- Automatic reminders are set as soon as a recipient has completed all open requests or as soon as 5 reminders have been sent (unless you reactivate the sending of reminders for a request, see below).
II. Activate or deactivate automatic reminders to suppliers
1. Go to "Requests".
2. Select "Send".
3. Click "Further" and select the request you want to activate the reminders for.
4. Activate the button under "Automatic reminders active" or click the "bell sign" in the upper right corner of the request.
You can also bulk activate reminders by doing the following:
1. Select the connection requests you want to activate the automatic reminders for by clicking on the boxes.
2. Click "Edit reminders" in the upper right.
3. Select "Activate automatic reminders".
