In this final step of the double materiality analysis, you will receive a final overview of your work.
In the upper field, click on the arrow pointing downwards to see a list of all topics for which key IROs have been identified.
In the lower field, click on the arrow pointing downwards to see a list of all key IROs.
You can use the sort button to sort these either by topic or sub-topic or alternatively display them in ascending or descending order.
You can also use the ESG category button to display only the topics in an ESG category.
Clicking on the ‘ Finalise & Confirm’ button opens a dialogue window with a final checklist. The questions are presented sequentially:
If the question is answered correctly, the next question is automatically displayed. If the answer to a question shows that the double materiality analysis is not yet complete, a warning message appears immediately. This contains precise instructions on the measures required to continue the process.
After a final thorough check of all the necessary steps has taken place, you can finalise the process by clicking on Yes and Lock project.
