      CoPilot

      The CoPilot provides you with immediate, precise answers to complex ESRS questions, specifically tailored to your company's unique inquiries. This is made possible by the CoPilot's reliance on a deep, up-to-date dataset. User inputs are processed in a user-friendly interface that functions as an AI assistant or chatbot.

       

      How does the CoPilot work?

      Users can ask the CoPilot specific questions about ESG reporting. The AI translates complex ESRS requirements into simple language. The accuracy of responses has been verified by ESG experts.

      The CoPilot can be found in the sidebar within the Topics module. In the chat, you can either select from suggested questions that interest you or directly ask your own. The CoPilot is available in both German and English.

      Which data does the CoPilot use?

      Powered by knowledge from the VERSO Academy and our 14+ years of practical experience in sustainability management, the CoPilot was trained on more than 100 documents from official and recognized sources.       What limitations should be considered?

      Even the CoPilot is not infallible and should be used with care. Below are some key points regarding its current functionality that you should be aware of:

      • The CoPilot does not provide legally binding answers or instructions (like any other AI - see disclaimer).

      • Currently, the CoPilot does not provide the sources it uses to answer questions.

      • Conversations are not permanently saved at this time.

      • Suggested prompts are not yet tailored to specific conversations.

      Where is the data being hosted?
      We host all AI models and databases ourselves in the EU (for the most part even in Germany) and no customer data is transferred to the USA. In principle, every customer receives their own model instance from us, which is completely shielded and therefore cannot be accessed by others. As we do not train the model in real time, individual interactions of users have no effect on other users.
