PCF: AI-based measures can now be saved

AI-based measure suggestions in the Product Carbon Footprint are now automatically saved. Even when you leave the report or tab, the generated actions are retained and remain available when you reopen it. In addition, the actions can be regenerated at any time based on updated data using the ‘Resuggest actions’ button.
