In release 2.1.3, a bug relating to document uploads has been fixed:

Due to an error, it was not possible to upload documents for activities whose "Kind" field exceeded 30 characters, which resulted in an error code. This error has now been fixed, so that documents can be uploaded again without any problems. If you were affected by this error, please try uploading again.
