EUDR Updates: Improvement for inbound transactions and outbound DDS creation

  • When creating an order and requesting data from suppliers, customers must now specify whether the delivery will be made from within or outside the EU. The platform then automatically identifies, which kind of data is required from the supplier, that is either DDS number or geodata or both. The supplier is guided accordingly in the EUDR module. For orders delivered from outside the EU, the country of entry for the delivery must be specified.
  • The quantity of ordered products is now mandatory when requesting EUDR data from suppliers. This information is displayed to the supplier when providing geodata/DDS.
  • There is a new “DDS” column in the list of inbound transactions. The status of the DDS provides a quick overview of whether verified geodata is available for the transaction from the supplier or if geodata still needs to be checked, and whether a valid DDS has already been created or provided by the supplier.
  • When creating outbound DDS, in the case of wood, the names of the wood types are now displayed in the outgoing delivery for which the DDS is to be created.
