PCF and CCF: New input fields for input and unit in the edit panel

From now on, the fields “Input” and “Unit” are also available in the activity edit panel. Previously, these fields could only be maintained in the table view. In the new “Input and emission factors” section, input and emission factors can now be edited together, reducing context switching. The table view remains unchanged.

Unit selection follows the existing logic: the input unit dropdown becomes available only after selecting an emission factor unit and then shows only compatible units of the same unit type.
