Expanded unit support (time and data usage)

The Climate Hub now supports time and data usage units. Users can now work with standard time units such as seconds, minutes, hours, and years, as well as megabit 'times' second (Megabit.s) for data usage.

These units are now available in all relevant input fields. Emission factors for time-based activities can be added via the activity-based search and are fully supported by the smart emission factor module.

This update expands the range of supported activity units, enabling users to calculate emissions for time-based activities and data usage scenarios with greater flexibility and consistency.
