PCF: Packaging emissions in the TfS  and PACT standards

You can now use the new „Are packaging emissions included?" toggle to indicate whether the product's packaging was accounted for in the PCF. The toggle is set to „no" by default and is included in the CSV export – as soon as it is available – so keep it up to date.

When the toggle is set to „yes", add the packaging description according to the standard: in the „Description of the declared unit" field for TfS, or to the product description for PACT. The product weight stated still does not include packaging, only the weight of the product.
