PCF: Standard selection when creating a PCF report

Due to significant methodological differences between the individual standards, combining the ISO standard with PACT, Catena-X and TfS is not appropriate. Going forward, the ISO standard can therefore no longer be selected together with other standards.

As part of this change, the standard selection when creating a PCF report has been restricted to a single standard and the arrangement of the associated fields has been adjusted. Specifically:

• The "Applicable standards" field is now a mandatory field when creating a PCF report.
• Exactly one standard can be selected (single selection instead of multiple selection).
• The ISO standard is no longer preselected.
