PPWR: Improvements to the PPWR Component List

With this release, you can:

• Delete a packaging component even if it is still linked to one or more packaging units — the platform automatically removes those links for you. To protect existing compliance work, deletion is still blocked if evidence documentation has already been issued for a linked packaging unit.
• See the component identifier in its own column, separate from the component name, and sort component lists by identifier.
• View two new columns when looking at a packaging unit's component list: the packaging quantity and whether a component is the main component of that packaging unit.
• Skip filling in the comment and assessment-date fields when completing sustainability data under an EN standard, unless you actually have something to add — these fields are no longer required.

Additionally, we resolved an issue where the login page could occasionally get stuck loading after logging out. This release also includes various bug fixes as well as improvements to display and usability.
