PPWR: More control over evidence documentation

Three updates give you more oversight and privacy control when managing PPWR compliance documentation.

• Evidence updated column. The packaging units list now shows when each unit's active evidence documentation was generated, and you can sort by it — making it easy to find units whose documentation is due for a refresh.
• Hide attachment names. When creating a Declaration of Conformity and Technical Documentation, you can now choose to hide the names of attached supporting files in the generated Technical Documentation. Only the file count is shown instead — useful when you don't want a downstream recipient to see your suppliers' document names.
• Export components and packaging units to CSV. Both the components list and the packaging units list can now be exported to CSV, making it easier to work with your PPWR data outside the platform.
