PPWR – Suppliers can now view and fill in their component data

Suppliers who have been assigned packaging components by a customer can now access, review, and complete the required sustainability data directly in the platform – without needing to exchange files or work outside the system.

A new "Components" section in the supplier navigation lists all components assigned to them, along with the current data completeness status. For components in "Requested" status, suppliers can open the detail page, fill in the relevant sustainability fields – such as material composition, recycled content, and compliance information – and submit the record once all required fields are complete.

A task widget on the company profile page provides a quick overview of how many components are still awaiting input, with a direct link to the open requests.

To keep suppliers informed, they now also receive an email notification whenever a customer assigns a packaging component to them and sends a data request. Notification preferences for PPWR component requests can be managed individually in the account settings under Email Notifications.
