The information assessed in the platform provides a basis for this analysis, but further steps are needed (check with your compliance department / consulting lawyer).
Within the platform, the following areas refer to your own business area

- If applicable: subsidiaries marked with the tag "subsidiary"
I. Prerequisites for a basic risk analysis in your own business area
Own company profile
- All facilities of the company have been added (not subsidiaries and their facilities with own legal entities)
- All relevant business activities have been entered in the profile
- Maturity Assessment topics that are relevant to the LkSG have been answered.
Subsidiaries
- Have registered and connected with you (or non-registered ones are assessed using Risk Check)
- Have added all facilities to their company profile
- Have answered Maturity Assessment topics in case they are managed differently from the parent company and/or in case they have a high abstract risk
