How do I manage my supplier data?
With the latest improvements in the Supply Chain Hub, you can upload and manage your own supplier data.
Upload supplier data
Open the menu item Suppliers → Add / Update Suppliers.
Upload your supplier data.
After the upload, the suppliers can be found in the new supplier list under Suppliers → Suppliers.
View supplier data
There are two ways to view a supplier’s data:
Option 1: Open supplier summary
Click on the supplier’s name in the supplier list.
A summary will open containing:
- Master data
- Contact information
- Information about possible data conflicts if the supplier has shared data with you.
If your supplier shares data with you, you will see:
- which information was maintained by the supplier
- whether there are discrepancies between your data and the supplier’s data
Option 2: Open detail page
You can open the detail page in two ways:
- via the “Go to detail page” button in the summary
- via the menu with the three dots on the right side of the supplier list
The detail page shows all available supplier information – both your own data and the supplier’s data.
Show or hide supplier information
If supplier-entered data is available, you can show or hide it using the “Hide supplier inputs” function. This function is available both in the detail view and in the supplier data summary view.
This allows you to quickly identify:
- which data originates from the supplier
- where differences or conflicts exist
Documents and certificates are always displayed in separate tabs. You can easily switch between the respective tabs.
Update your own data
To edit your own data:
- Open the supplier’s detail page.
- Click on “Update Info”.
- A form for editing your data will open.
If supplier data is available, you can additionally:
- display the supplier’s information by clicking on “Show supplier data” in the form
- directly adopt individual values
To do this, click on “Overwrite” to transfer the suggested supplier value into your data field.
