Navigation and Menu Structure
When you open the ESG hub, the main screen displays the dashboard, which shows your task list and the current status of your work.
On the left-hand side is the report generation menu; at the very top, under ‘Dashboard’, you can access the main screen. Below this is the navigation section for preparing your report, comprising the sections ‘Organise’, ‘Configure’ and ‘Prepare’. Next, under ‘Collect’, you can gather the data for your report. Further down, under ‘Report’, you can then generate the final report. Click on the relevant section to access the individual functions.
At the very bottom are the support menu, the language settings and your personal user settings.
Support
If you need help, you can access the digital helpdesk under the ‘Support’ section. Here you will find descriptions of the functions, guidance on entering data and answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs). For specific enquiries, please use our contact form, which is also accessible via the ‘Support’ button.
Language Settings
To set or change the menu language, click either on ‘English’ or ‘German’.
Your Name
If you click on your own name at the very bottom of the menu, you can edit your user profile, change your organisation if necessary, or log out of the system.
