Updated PDF report content

The PDF report in the CCF was revised in two sections to improve clarity for audit requirements:

The uncertainty assessment has been expanded.

The emissions by individual greenhouse gases section has been modified: the total is no longer shown in the table, and an explanatory note has been added.
