Bugfix (electricity module, Scope 3)

The issue related to the calculation of individual emission factors in the electricity module has been resolved in release 1.54.2 - now also covering Scope 3.

• Individual emission factor with a value of zero
  It is now possible to enter an individual emission factor with a value of zero without triggering incorrect CO2e calculations. Previously, this led to an incorrect result, as a location-based electricity mix was incorrectly applied instead.
