Comprehensive update for the Climate Hub Helpdesk: New design, content and functions

The Climate Hub's Helpdesk has been comprehensively updated - both in terms of content and design. It is now accessible under a new domain. Existing texts have been revised and new articles added. In addition, a search function has been introduced that allows users to search for keywords in all available articles. Finally, a FAQ section has been added in which the most frequently asked questions are clearly answered.
