Reports can be copied to the same year or a subsequent year.
An existing report can be copied using the icon with the two overlaid rectangles. A distinction can be made between a copy for the same year and a copy for a new year. Depending on this, various selection options are available, which are explained below.
Report copy for the same year:
When creating a report copy for the same year, the activity data of the original report can optionally be transferred. To do this, the Structure created with activity data checkbox must be activated. If this option is selected, the columns Precision and Status as well as any attached comments from the original report are also transferred to the copy. Emission factors added by the user and the categories selected in the category selection are also transferred to the copy. However, documents that are attached to the original report are not copied.
If you select the option Structure created without activity data, the consumption data in the copy is set to zero. Here you can select whether the comments associated with the activity data and categories should be copied or not. Please note that the predefined and customer-specific emission factors are also adopted here, but are not updated to the current version.
Report copy for a new year:
If a report copy is created for a new year, the activity data is not carried over as it is likely to differ from that of the original report. However, the excluded categories as well as the predefined and customized emission factors are always transferred.
