The Climate Hub enables the export of consumption data, analyses and the greenhouse gas balance as a PDF report and CSV file.
After entering all the data for the report in the Accounting tab, the data can be exported as a CSV file or PDF report. The two options are explained in more detail below.
CSV export:
When exporting the CSV file, it is possible to download either the data of the currently displayed location or the current location including all sub-locations or subsidiaries. To do this, the download button in the menu bar shall be clicked. Now, either the option including locations or without locations can be selected.
The CSV file contains both the consumption data and the comments for the selected locations. An example of a CSV file is shown below:
PDF export:
A PDF report can be created using the button with the sheet of paper. The report is created for the currently selected location including all sub-locations or subsidiaries. It contains the following elements:- Company description as well as address and contact information
- Basic data (base year, reporting period, consolidation approach)
- Locations of the company
- Operational system boundaries (emission categories taken into account)
- Greenhouse gas balance
- Breakdown of emissions by scope and category
- Methodical principles
- Used Emission factors
- Data quality of the consumption data
