Report status and Processing status

The report and processing status provide an overview of the status of the report and data entry.

Once the report has been created, data entry can begin. This process often takes several weeks and involves several people in the company.

The status of the report can be tracked for each location or structural element in the company selection dropdown at the top left. A distinction is made between In progress and Published. If a report is In progress, it can be edited by all administrators and editors. If the report is finalised, the status changes to Published and the report can no longer be edited. In addition to task management, the processing status tab provides support for data entry. It displays all input values that have been categorised as Relevant, Review and Done for the selected location. It therefore provides an overview of the input values to be completed for the company and their status. If a value is changed, this change is not only transferred to the processing status, but also to the corresponding location in the tool where this input value can be found.
