PCF: New Compliance Features

With this release, we're expanding PCF calculations with four new features that strengthen compliance with ISO 14067, Catena-X, PACT, and other standards, while also facilitating the exchange of PCF data between companies.

🌱 Biogenic Emissions

Differentiated entry of emission factors is now possible – the balance sheet accordingly displays four metrics: total result excl. biogenic CO₂ uptake, total result incl. biogenic CO₂ uptake, GWP fossil, and GWP biogenic.

📊 Data Quality Rating (DQR)

The Data Quality Rating assesses the quality of the emission factors used based on temporal, geographic, and technological representativeness, as well as the quality of the activity data based on temporal and technological representativeness. The rating is given on a scale from 1 (very good) to 5 (very poor) and can be viewed per site under the Analysis → Data Quality tab.

📈 Primary Data Share (PDS)

The Primary Data Share is based on the quality of the activity data and the type of emission factor. It is calculated automatically and can be improved with specific supplier values. Results are displayed as a bar chart per site under the Analysis → Data Quality tab.

🏷️ UN-CPC Classification Code

When creating or editing a product, you can now specify the product classification according to UN-CPC (Version 2.1). A five-digit code can be selected per product.
