A company profile and the company locations can be created in the Company tab.
In the Company tab, the reporting company must create a company profile and fill it with information. This must be done before the report is created and the corresponding data is stored.
Step 1: Create company
The first step is to create a company profile via the navigation bar under the Company tab. The name of the company, the address and, if applicable, a contact person must be entered here. The base year, consolidation approach and NACE codes must also be selected.

Step 2: Add locations
Once the parent company has been created, locations can be added by clicking on the “+” at the bottom left of the page. Add as many locations as required. Please note that the number of possible locations is limited by your license.
Step 3: Name locations
By clicking on the drop-down menu for the individual location points, you can either select an existing location or add a new location by selecting Add new location. When selecting Add new location, the name of the respective location can be entered in free text. In the input field Equity Share, you can specify whether a location only belongs to the parent company on a pro rata basis. Enter either the percentage share for proportional affiliation or 100% for full affiliation. To save a location, click on the save icon to the right of the location name. You should then click on the save button at the top left to save all the information you have entered.
Step 4: Add location information
To assign further information to the individual locations, click on the green button behind the location you wish to edit after saving your progress. The respective form opens in the same way as the creation of the parent company. Here you can proceed exactly as described in step 1.
Sub-locations and subsidiaries can also be added to the locations added here. To do this, repeat the process from step 4.
Important information: Please make sure that you have entered your company structure correctly in the system before you create a report.
