Implementing the target path through measures

By linking targets with specific measures, target achievement is effectively managed.

In order to achieve the defined reduction targets, appropriate reduction measures must be formulated and managed. Any number of measures can be created for each category.

To define a measure, click on the green plus symbol.

A new page opens in which the measure must be assigned to the correct category. A meaningful title and a start and end date should be assigned. It is also possible to enter the person responsible, the planned reduction in emissions and the associated costs, as well as the status of the measure. In order to make the measure universally understandable, a detailed description should also be created that explains in more detail what is part of the planned measure.

After entering the data, a graphic appears on the right-hand side showing the total emissions of the fleet category (quantity) and the final target for reducing emissions defined in the Targets module. Based on the planned reductions, the tool shows how much of the target can be achieved through the measures.

The back button takes you back to the overview page. This shows all planned measures and their contribution to achieving the target. The display can be either absolute or as a percentage. The selection is made in the top right-hand corner. The measures can also be filtered by category and time period. A CSV export of the planned measures, including all associated information, is also possible via the download button in the top left-hand corner.
